Cake Decorating Team Building
Mission: Decorate the best cake your team can in 1 hour!
The exercise is designed to stimulate the creativity,
artistry and vision ofeach team. The teams have one hour to ice and decorate a cake to
the very best of their ability. Chefs will be on hand to assist and answer questions, but the vision and skills of the participants will be tested. Each station will get its own layer cake, piping bags, tips, spatulas, mixing bowls, and plane butter cream icing. All other ingredients will be on a shared station available to all contestants. The cake must be on the judges table …before time runs out!
